This project was a pilot experience within the Spanish Tourism National Strategy, focusing on boosting emerging tourist destinations. The project became a model of good practices, and defined a new model for destinations which needed to overcome some lacks in terms of strategy and management.
Beside the design of the Tourism Master Plan, for more than three years our company carried out the following activities:
• Recovery of historical and natural heritage
• Design and creation of new tourism products
• Staff training for the future development of tourism.
• Design and implementation of a marketing plan.
• Promotion and marketing of the destination.
