MARKETING PLAN FOR THE HISTORIC AREAS OF SALAMANCA | SPAIN

The overall objective of the contract is to foster the rural area of Salamanca with major historical resources, and boosting a jointed tourist destination under a common brand and marketing strategy.
The project was split into four phases:

Phase 1: Diagnosis of the various destinations´ cultural heritage: Assessment in marketing terms
Phase 2: Concept, interpretation and marketing strategy
Phase 3: Branding and short term actions plan
Phase 4: Recommendations for future implementation

In addition, the company  provided technical assistance and capacity building to technicians for a successful marketing implementation.
