PAEXTUR (Platform for Analysis of Tourist Experience) was the result of an R&D Project.
The first Spanish project to apply artificial intelligence technology to experiential marketing strategies and tourism promotion, it was developed in cooperation with the Artificial Intelligence Department of the University of Salamanca.
This project involved:
- Design of a technological platform that provides access to quantitative and qualitative market-related data.
- Design of platformindicators to support decision-making by managers and tourist destinations.
- Application of experiential marketing knowledge to a new kind of market research.
